HLL CRDC is a recognized research facility under Cochin University of Science and Technology. We are currently engaged in training people for equipping them in pursuing research or specialized technical jobs. A finishing course program is initiated for this purpose.

HLL CRDC offers finishing courses in three verticals namely; a) Diagnostics, b) Implant & Devices and c) Pharma. The duration of the programme is one month each in different verticals.
The finishing course is aimed to equip a fresh graduate /post graduate with the right kind of skills required for industry/academia. This course will help to develop the knowledge and necessary skills to explore and move through the creativity and innovation process involved in research and to understand the process by which ideas reaches to a commercial platform. This will be a supporting training programme for the candidate seeking employment or for pursuing research. The programme focuses on application, hands on training and soft skills development which will be run by experts in relevant areas.
During the finishing course classes will be provided on different topics, hands on training on equipments, training on conducting literature survey, paper presentation and industrial visit to HLL manufacturing facilities. The different topics include;
